This fulfils all NMC guidelines, in line with the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate (FMGL) Regulations 2021, published November 18, 2021 — which require a 12-month internship at the same institution as part of the qualifying medical education abroad.

Because MD tuition is split into 9 semesters of $2,750 USD each, no family pays a huge lump sum upfront. Education loans disburse semester by semester. This matches how Indian banks (SBI, Canara, BOB, Punjab National Bank) structure MBBS abroad loans, and it gives parents predictability.
The full DMSF MBBS program — 12 months BS + 4.5 years (54 months) MD + 12 months internship — meets the National Medical Commission (NMC) duration requirement of 54+ months MBBS plus a 12-month internship in the same country, in line with the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate (FMGL) Regulations 2021 (published November 18, 2021). This is essential for NExT/FMGE eligibility when returning to India.
Indian private medical colleges typically charge ₹75 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crores for the same MBBS — often demanding additional donations of ₹30-80 Lakhs on top.
