Complete official fee structure for Davao Medical School Foundation, Philippines. Direct admission for Indian students.
Davao Medical School Foundation is a top-ranked, premium-segment medical college with fully packed world-class facilities including cadaver labs, 3D Anatomage table, VR learning modules, modern teaching hospital, and a 14-storey hostel building for Indian students. The college maintains one of the highest FMGE/NExT passing rates among foreign medical colleges.
Despite this premium positioning, DMSF's total fees are roughly one-third the cost of Indian private medical colleges — and the facility quality is genuinely not comparable. Indian private colleges charging ₹70 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crores rarely offer the cadaver labs, 3D Anatomage tables, VR labs, or USMLE pathway that DMSF provides as standard.
This is the actual fee structure for Direct Admission. What you see is exactly what you pay.

DMSF's 14-storey hostel building for Indian students is located just 100 metres from the college — no taxi or public transport needed. Walk to class in 2 minutes.
This fulfils all NMC guidelines, in line with the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate (FMGL) Regulations 2021, published November 18, 2021 — which require a 12-month internship at the same institution as part of the qualifying medical education abroad.
These are billed separately, as and when required — not part of the tuition fee shown above.
Because MD tuition is split into 9 semesters of $2,750 USD each, no family pays a huge lump sum upfront. Education loans disburse semester by semester. This matches how Indian banks (SBI, Canara, BOB, Punjab National Bank) structure MBBS abroad loans, and it gives parents predictability.
The full DMSF MBBS program — 12 months BS + 4.5 years (54 months) MD + 12 months internship — meets the National Medical Commission (NMC) duration requirement of 54+ months MBBS plus a 12-month internship in the same country, in line with the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate (FMGL) Regulations 2021 (published November 18, 2021). This is essential for NExT/FMGE eligibility when returning to India.
Indian private medical colleges typically charge ₹75 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crores for the same MBBS — often demanding additional donations of ₹30-80 Lakhs on top. Even after adding hostel, food, and incidentals over 6 years, DMSF total stays roughly one-third the cost — and the facility quality (cadaver labs, 3D Anatomage, VR learning, USMLE prep, 14-storey hostel) is genuinely not comparable.
DMSF has maintained a strict no-donation policy since its founding in 1976. Through our authorised India admission office in Chennai (Mahabalipuram), you pay only the official university fees as shown above. Documentation/VISA/Ticketing and Food/Accommodation are quoted upfront as additional, known costs — nothing is hidden, and no agent commissions are added on top. This is direct admission to DMSF, Philippines.
